During his tenure, THC Design saw a 300% increase in sales, dramatic increases in production efficiencies, created company processes and operating procedures.

David has been at the forefront of East Coast cannabis legalization. He was a contract trainer for the first two cohorts of the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission Social Equity training program. He is a advisor to the City of Boston’s social equity program past tre,asurer Massachusetts Cannabis Reform Coalition (MassCann) and was the founding host of The Green Rush, a weekly national cannabis business talk show on the ProCannabis Media network. He has 40 years of business experience and has a MBA from Babson College.

Patrick earned an undergraduate degree in business administration at St. John’s University and a master’s degree in real estate development at the University of Maryland. He brings a decade of experience in real estate development and construction with over 50 million of completed projects and 80 million under construction and in design. He is an expert in negotiating contracts, project entitlements and managing a variety of project types through development.

Rafael Urena earned an undergraduate degree in Sociology from St. John’s University and a law degree from American University in Washington, DC. Rafael is an attorney admitted to practice in New York. He is founding partner at Morrison Urena and has practiced administrative and regulatory law for ten years. He has argued a multitude of complex civil, constitutional, criminal, and immigration matters.

Josiah M. Young, is one of California’s leading contact, corporate, and cannabis attorneys. He has helped numerous businesses and entrepreneurs (including many high-profile clients) start and scale their ventures in a legally-compliant manner, primarily using sound contracts. He is barred in California and NYS.

Jesse Sommer is a former U.S. Army paratrooper and officer in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps. He was twice awarded the bronze star for combat deployments to Iraq. He has worked with organizations to navigate the complexities of local zoning and land use control laws involving special use permits, site plan approvals, use and area variances, non-conforming use determinations, requests for interpretations of zoning laws and the adoption and amendment of zoning laws.

Cody is an information technology and security specialist. Cody has worked as a computer and security engineer at leading information and technology companies. At Dutchie, one of the largest cannabis e-commerce and point of sale solutions systems, Cody was a senior application security engineer. He will oversee the implementation of POS solutions and inventory auditing solution systems.

Nicole has a master’s degree in curriculum design and instruction with a background in educational and corporate setting and HR certification from Cornell University. Her passions are gardening and synthesizing massive amounts of information into logical structures and solutions.

With 16 years of full-time work experience, Melissa is an industry leader in sales and leadership training. She has spent the last seven years growing sales for retail dispensaries through employee cannabis education and training. She will oversee staff training.

Daniel Perez earned an undergraduate degree in business marketing at St. John’s University. Daniel was raised in the Jacob Riis Houses in the Lower East Side, New York City. He brings years of health care management experience and will oversee day to day retail operations.
